“Your family or carer nearby”

The studio is ideal for MOBILE family members, caregivers or friends. It´s located on the ground floor, on the side of the building. The studio has its own entrance and a terrace with a sitting area. There is also a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge and a private bathroom with toilet.

Pets are also allowed in the studio, but must be communicated in advance. The stay in the studio is based on accommodation only. If you wish to use meals in the restaurant of the residence, you must book this in advance or you can buy a ticket in the reception.
